Germany TU Dresden Distinguished Research Fellowships

The Germany TU Dresden Distinguished Research Fellowships are for internationally renowned international scholars at professor level who propose research for TU Dresden’s Faculty of Business and Economics, providing up to EUR 10,000 for a one-year project.

• Applicant must be an international scholarApplicant must be at professor level (professors, outstanding assistant professors, and associate professors)Applicant must be active in one of: business information systems, business administration, or economicsApplicant must work at a university or research institution outside GermanyApplicant must have no recent collaboration history with members of the Faculty of Business and Economics, defined as no joint research projects and/or publications within the last five years

• Funds of up to EUR 10,000 for realization of the proposed research projectFunds include travel, lodging, and other possible expenses associated with the stay at TU DresdenFunds available for one year (from April 1st), extendable for a short period if neededFellow must visit TU Dresden for at least six weeks in total

1. Prepare two documents: (1) an application form that includes an outline of the proposed research project (download word template) and (2) a short CV (maximum of two pages) including an overview of current and prior academic positions, major research areas, key publications, academic awards and prizes, etc.
2. Email the application package to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Business and Economics.
3. Submit by the deadline: December 15th of each year.
