Technical University of Munich Germany Schmidt Science Fellows

Schmidt Science Fellows seeks to create a new generation of scientific leaders through a postdoctoral fellowship of $110,000, Science Leadership Training and Mentorship, as well as a Lifelong Fellowship. TUM Graduate School hosts a call for applications for the Schmidt Science Fellows programme.

Eligibility for nomination to the Schmidt Science Fellows application process includes conducting a graduate degree in the natural sciences, engineering, math, or computing, being a Doctoral Candidate at the Technical University of Munich, and being nominated by a designated official at one of the nominating partner institutions.

Candidates apply by submitting application documents in a single PDF file to the TUM Graduate School Management Office via e-mail. The motivation letter must address academic achievements, motivations, and programmatic fit, referring to the Schmidt Science Fellows selection criteria.

• Conduct their graduate degree in the natural sciences, engineering, math, or computing.
• Expect to complete all of the requirements for the conferral of their doctorate in one of these fields between null.
• Be nominated by a designated official at one of the nominating partner institutions.
• Being a Doctoral Candidate at the Technical University of Munich.
