The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Art and Design (JSSH06) at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong is an integrative creative study of art and design. It focuses on a problem-solving capability and a new way of thinking, and it promotes interdisciplinary collaboration. The programme covers applications in social and business environments, including brand curating, place making and community building, public art, and co-creation, as well as technology such as AI, VR, AR, and Digital Art.

Admission includes an admission assessment that may include an interview for selective applicants. Applicants should submit a portfolio of relevant art and design work. If invited to interview, applicants must attend at the scheduled time and date; failure to attend may result in lower priority. The interview is conducted during the period from June to July every year, and selective applicants are notified of interview details via email.

• BA-AD programme adopts a Best Five Subject policy, with the admission score calculated based on the summation of the best five subjects.
• No more than ONE Category B or Category C subject can be included in the Best Five Calculation.
• Performance in the interview is also considered in the calculation.
• Where necessary, an admission interview will be arranged for selective applicants, and applicants should submit a portfolio of relevant art and design work.
• If invited for interview, applicants must attend according to the scheduled time and date; lower priority is given to those who fail to do so.
