About this program

The Bachelor of Journalism and Communication (Honours) combines Business, Journalism, Public Relations, and Corporate Communication in one curriculum. Students study core modules in Chinese, English, information technologies, and quantitative methods, alongside Journalism and Communication modules such as news reporting and media writing, audio-visual production, media law and ethics, communication theories, and communication research methods.

Students choose a concentration: Business Journalism or Corporate Communication. The curriculum includes business education modules, a Common Core Curriculum with the FuturEdge Programme, and free electives. Delivery follows a structured programme across Year 1 to Year 4, and it includes practicum modules such as Business Journalism Practicum and Corporate Communication Practicum.
