This Bachelor of Science (Hons) programme in Business Analytics and Information Management integrates Business Analytics, Decision Science, and Information Technology. It is also enriched by FinTech, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, IT Audit and Control, and Digital Business Management.

The programme is designed to build skills to bridge theory and practice for transforming business objectives into quantitative outcomes and providing solutions for different industries such as business consulting, systems analysis, and banking and finance.

Admission uses a Best Five Subject policy that includes English and Mathematics. Where necessary, selective applicants may be required to attend an admission interview, and admission decisions also consider other available information when scores are the same, including band choice and interview performance.

Applicants must fulfill the general entrance requirement. The BSc-BAIM programme adopts a Best Five Subject policy with English and Mathematics inclusive. The admission score is calculated based upon the summation of the weighted score of five subjects obtained from the Best Five policy, under which the best five subjects are selected based upon their corresponding weighted scores.

• No more than ONE Category B or Category C subject will be included in the Best Five Calculation.
• Where necessary, admission interview will be arranged for selective applicants. Lower priority will be given to those applicants who fail to attend the scheduled interview time.
