Doctor of Philosophy Master of Philosophy Department of Physical Education

The Doctor of Philosophy / Master of Philosophy at Hong Kong Baptist University (Department of Sports and Health Sciences) supports research in contemporary issues in physical education, sport, and recreation. It also covers areas such as history and philosophy of physical education and sport, health fitness, wellness and quality of life, exercise physiology, sports injuries, sport training and nutrition, sport and exercise psychology, sport sociology, and sport and leisure management.

The programme is available in full-time and part-time study modes. Funding includes UGC/RGC-funded and self-funded options. For self-funded students, the tuition fee is HK$99,000/year (full-time) or HK$49,500/year (part-time), with tuition fees for self-funded students to be reviewed.
