• Must be a UAE citizen with civil registry proof.
• Apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology.
• Attain a cumulative score of 3.00 or above in the bachelor’s degree.
• Have not received scholarships or financial assistance from other entities.
• Master’s degree students with employment are entitled to the scholarship without the monthly allowance.

For Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree program:

• Must be a UAE citizen with civil registry proof.
• Achieve a minimum score of 75% in the secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
• Apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology.
• Graduated from secondary school or its equivalent within the last three years.
• Not employed.
• Have not received scholarships or financial assistance from other entities.
