The Institute of Hazard, Risk and Resilience (IHRR) in conjunction with Collingwood College awards master’s scholarships to students commencing their studies in 2014 and who are wishing to study one of the following courses: MSc in Risk and Environmental Hazard, MA in Risk and Security and MA in Risk, Health and Public Policy. One international scholarship (full) and four tuition fee scholarships (include payment of the £6,200 tuition fee) are awarded. Both scholarships include membership of Collingwood Middle Common Room. The application deadline is June 1, 2014.

 

  • Scholarships are awarded to study one of the following courses: MSc in Risk and Environmental Hazard, MA in Risk and Security and MA in Risk, Health and Public Policy.
  • Scholarships are available for pursuing master’s degree.
  • UK and international students can apply for these master’s scholarships.
  • The Institute of Hazard, Risk and Resilience (IHRR), in conjunction with Collingwood College, is delighted to be able to offer the following scholarships thanks to the generosity of one of their alumni. The scholarships are open to applicants commencing their studies in 2014 and who are wishing to study one of the following courses: MSc in Risk and Environmental Hazard, MA in Risk and Security and MA in Risk, Health Public Policy.
  • One international scholarship and four tuition fee scholarships are awarded.
  • International scholarship includes:

-full payment of tuition fees
-full payment of accommodation charges along with a termly stipend amount up to a total value of £11,157
-one return flight to the UK up to the value of £950
-an arrival allowance of £600
-Membership of Collingwood Middle Common Room
Tuition fee scholarships include:
-Payment of the £6,200 tuition fee
-Membership of Collingwood College Middle Common Room

Eligibility: For International Scholarship-
-Be classed as overseas for the purpose of tuition fees
-Have made an academic application for a place on one of the eligible courses. Full details of the postgraduate academic application process can be found on the University Postgraduate Application page
-Have completed and submitted a scholarship application form which clearly outlines the ways in which you intend to use the skills and knowledge gained for international and humanitarian purposes
