Woodbury University: the applicant's brief

6 findings
  1. The short answer

Woodbury University is a university in the United States. It suits students who want a small set of subject areas and are comfortable confirming current admissions details directly with the university.

  2. What you can study

Woodbury University consisted of the Woodbury Business Institute, the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies, and the College of Architecture, Design and Media. Those are the study areas named for the university; the current programme catalogue should be checked on the official website.

  3. Getting in

International applicants should check the university website for the current application process, entry requirements, document list, deadlines, and whether any programme-specific conditions apply. The university also went through a merger process with the University of Redlands, so applicants should confirm where to apply and which office handles current admissions.

  4. What it costs

The university does not publish a fee range in the information available here; confirm tuition and any mandatory charges with its admissions office. Living costs will depend on housing, transport, and day-to-day spending in the area, so check local estimates separately.

  5. Coming from abroad

English is the only language of instruction named in the available information indirectly? No language of instruction is published here, so confirm it before applying. You should also check visa steps, where international documents are submitted, and whether the merger has changed the contacts for student services.

  6. How it compares

There are 2,515 universities in the United States, so Woodbury sits in a very crowded market. Its most distinguishing feature is the small set of named schools, which may appeal to applicants looking for business, interdisciplinary study, or architecture, design, and media rather than a very broad university catalogue.

Written from this university's catalogue entry and its cited encyclopedia summary. Figures are only shown where the institution or a cited source publishes them — always confirm fees and entry requirements with the university itself before applying.
