Doctor of Law

The Doctor of Law program at Universitas Islam Indonesia provides advanced education in law with a focus on prophetic orientation and Islamic values. Students study legal theories, policy formulation, and methods for resolving legal issues. The program offers both regular classes, held face-to-face from Thursday to Saturday, and non-regular classes designed for legal practitioners, combining weekend face-to-face sessions with online meetings. It aims to prepare graduates for roles in academia and legal practice, emphasizing integrity, innovation, and transformative skills grounded in Islamic teachings.

• Indonesian citizens or foreigners with permission from authorities
• Foreigners must have a residence permit (visa) through the university
• Accredited bachelor’s (S1) and master’s (S2) degrees, with at least one in law
• Non-law master's graduates must complete a matriculation
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for both bachelor and master degrees
• Submit documents: diploma, transcripts, photo, CV, ID/Passport, referees data, and dissertation plan
• Registration fee of IDR 1,000,000
