Master of Law

The Master of Law program at Universitas Islam Indonesia prepares students in legal knowledge and professional skills with a focus on legal policies and integrity. The curriculum covers fields including Business Law, Constitutional Law/State Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Justice System, Islamic Economics Law, Agrarian Law, Law and Human Rights, and Health Law.

The program is delivered over an estimated four semesters of full-time study. It involves support from experts experienced in law development and enforcement in Indonesia. There is an option for a double degree scheme with Youngsan University in Korea, allowing students to study one year in Indonesia and one year in Korea.

The course is designed for holders of bachelor's degrees in law. Graduates can work as academics, legal practitioners such as judges or legal consultants, or as social activists in legal community service.

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree from Law Study Program;
• For non-law bachelors, attending Matriculation Course is mandatory;
• Legalized copy of Bachelor's Degree and transcript;
• Minimum GPA of 3.00;
• Academic recommendations from 2 lecturers with doctoral degrees or supervisors;
• Thesis plan including title, background, and problem formulation;
• CV and passport photos;
• Copy of identity card;
• TOEFL certificate minimum 450 or passing UII English test;
• TPA certificate minimum 500 or passing UII TPA test;
• Application fee of Rp 500,000;
• Valid visa for international applicants;
• Applicants must complete application forms and submit required documents;
• Admission tests conducted at Faculty of Law UII.

TOEFL certificate minimum score 450 or passing English test held by Center for International Language and Cultural Studies of UII (Cilacs)

• Academics: lecturers, education staff, researchers, community service;
• Practitioners: judges, attorneys, advocates/legal consultants, legal officers;
• Social activists skilled in contributing to community service in law for religion, social, culture, and people's rights.
