Graduate Certificate in Brewing and Distilling Awards Ceremony

Technological University Dublin’s Post Graduate Certificate in Brewing and Distilling covers the technical aspects of brewing and distilling. The programme includes core modules and project work that graduates undertook and presented as part of their final assessment. It is designed for motivated learners who take part in an approach that links teaching and learning staff support with structured programme content.

Students gain hands-on practical experience in TU Dublin’s new micro-brewery/distillery at Grangegorman. Learners learn the process of product development and sensory analysis and make their own bespoke beverage, from concept through to final product. The facility provides access to a 95 litre Totem Colum Still and associated equipment used for distillation in one operation.
