The Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Food Technology and Innovation at Dundalk Institute of Technology is designed to upskill Agriculture, Food Science, Science, Business, Engineering, and related graduates for employment in the agri-food sector. Dundalk Institute of Technology delivers the course in blended format using Hybrid-Flexible (HyFlex). All lectures are streamed live from the classroom one day per week, with 3 days of additional face-to-face lab demonstrations and site visits over the year. The programme includes 6 interactive modules across food production and innovation, operations management, data analytics, food safety and quality management, and lean manufacturing, plus an innovative project module in automation in the agri-food industry.
