Partial International Scholarships at Trinity College Dublin

Trinity College Dublin’s Energy Science team offers a number of partial scholarships to non-EU students undertaking the MSc Energy Science degree. The scholarships are aimed to support and develop outstanding postgraduate students and are awarded to candidates who demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, extracurricular accomplishments, or contribution to society.

The scholarships are available to new non-EU entrants to the MSc in Energy Science programme. Applicants must have a conditional or unconditional offer for admission, and they must complete the scholarship application process after receiving the offer. Selection is linked to study on the MSc Energy Science programme with the School of Physics.

Applicants apply by submitting an online MSc application first, then completing a scholarship application form if they are successful and have received an offer. The scholarship application form must be submitted by the stated application deadline via email. The holder is required to engage in relevant academic and ambassadorial activities as determined by the MSc Energy Science Course Directors, and must not hold other grants or awards with a similar monetary value.

1. Submit your online application for the MSc in Energy Science at my.tcd.ie and record the 8 digit reference number for your application.
2. If your application is successful (you receive a conditional or unconditional offer), download and complete the scholarship application form.
3. Submit the completed scholarship form (one page in length) to [email protected] by the stated deadline. In your email, use the subject title “MSc Energy Science Scholarship” and include your 8 digit application reference number. Early application is encouraged.
