Trinity College Dublin Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships

Trinity College Dublin Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships are awarded to international students who have received a course offer for a full-time postgraduate taught programme at Trinity College Dublin. Trinity College Dublin states that the scholarship aims to support students who will contribute to the Trinity community. Scholarship awards range in value between €2,000 and €5,000 depending on the region.

Applicants must have a non-EU fee status, with tuition fees billed at a non-EU rate. Applicants must have a course offer to commence a full-time postgraduate degree programme at Trinity College Dublin for academic year/. Trinity College Dublin lists exemptions: Business, engineering, natural sciences, and computer science and statistics courses are exempt from this scholarship programme.

Trinity College Dublin states that applications will be assessed and awarded on a rolling basis. Selection is based on academic achievement and applicants’ potential to contribute to the Trinity community, and allocations also consider regional and programme diversity. Awardees are expected to fully accept their course offer to receive the award.

Trinity College Dublin states that the scholarship is applied as a one-time reduction to the tuition fees of a full-time postgraduate taught programme. Scholarship awards are applied to the tuition fee bills of awardees. Trinity College Dublin provides regional closing dates for applications and states that successful applicants will be contacted after the scholarship application closing date.
