Diploma in Leadership and Management

The Diploma in Leadership and Management prepares leaders and managers for roles in churches, local communities, NGOs, co-operatives, and government departments. The program focuses on change management at personal, organizational, community, and national levels. It aims to improve leadership effectiveness and management skills, covering governance, financial management, staff development, client analysis, and product development for sustainability. The program lasts one year and is delivered through face-to-face lectures, seminars, case studies, and field trips; virtually via e-learning platforms with study modules and online assessments; or as a blended format combining both. Study modes include regular day classes, evening classes, and virtual learning.

• Minimum KCSE grade C- with a C in English
• OR O Level division III with 38 points including 5 credits, with one in English Language or Literature in English
• OR A Level with 2 principal passes
• OR D+ in KCSE plus a one-year certificate or above from college
• OR equivalents as determined by St. Paul's University Senate
