The Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems and Technology is a STEM-designated program focusing on the technical, societal, and organizational aspects of information systems and technology. Students study ICT as an ecosystem encompassing human resources, industries, services, applications in government, business, finance, education, health, agriculture, policies, regulations, and institutional leadership. The program lasts four years and takes place on campus.
