Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program provides professional training to develop competent professionals with leadership and management expertise for success in profit and non-profit sectors. The program includes core courses in marketing, accounting, human resource management, IT systems, managerial economics, ethics, and strategic management. It also requires research courses and a thesis or project. Students may specialize in Management, Finance, Accounting, Information System, or Hospital Administration. Delivery options include full-time over two years or part-time over three years. Applicants with less work experience must complete a 12-week internship after the first two semesters.

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4-point scale or equivalent 60%
• Applicants with CGPA 2.5-2.99 or 55%-59% may be accepted on probation
• At least two years of relevant post-graduate work experience; if lacking, internship/practicum required
• Statement of Purpose explaining motivation for MBA
• Prerequisites for non-Business degrees: Principles of Accounting, Business Statistics, Business Economics, Principles of Management with minimum grade of C
• Two recommendations: one from religious leader, one from previous university or employer
• Demonstrated proficiency in English
