The Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is for registered nurses who hold a diploma in Nursing and want to upgrade to a Bachelor in Nursing. The programme includes modules such as Psychology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Pharmacology and Nutrition, Epidemiology, Nursing Management and Administration, and obstetric and paediatric nursing.
Learning is delivered through online classes that students can access anytime and anywhere. The study format includes a total duration of 3 years across 9 semesters. Entry depends on clinical experience and completion of a minimum of 52 weeks of clinical placement during the diploma in nursing programme.
