The Master in Strategic Human Resource Management at University Tun Abdul Razak is designed for people who want to develop strategic skills in managing talent. Students study core topics such as Strategic Human Resource Management, Managing Recruitment and Selection, Management of Occupational Safety and Health, Malaysian Employment Law, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Research Methodology or Case Research Methods, and Industrial Relations Management.
The programme also includes specialisation courses: Human Capital Development and Talent Management, International Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Organisational Development and Change, Competitive Strategic Management, and Knowledge Management. It is delivered through Conventional & Open Distance Learning. Study length depends on study mode: full time has a minimum duration of 1 year, and part time has a minimum duration of 2 years. Intakes are in March, July, and November.
