Master of Corporate Law Governance Odl

The Master of Corporate Law & Governance (ODL) develops knowledge of the relationship between law and the regulation of corporations, including corporate law essentials, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance issues. Students study topics such as Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Employment Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice, and Risk Management. A structured assessment culminates in a research project focusing on corporate law or governance.

Learning is delivered through the ODL mode with classes conducted entirely online via live Zoom sessions. The programme follows a structured assessment format across most modules, using continuous assessments (including online tests and individual written assignments) and a final examination stage. The programme is structured across 4 semesters and is designed not to include any internship requirement.

A Bachelor Degree in the field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate, or

A Bachelor Degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment, and

Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).
