Master of Education Educational Management and Leadership

The Master of Education in Educational Management and Leadership targets experienced school teachers, school leaders, and educators aiming for managerial roles. The course develops knowledge and skills necessary for effective educational leadership by exploring foundations of education and learning theories. It covers educational leadership, administration, curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation within contemporary contexts. The program supports educational innovation and professional development in the workplace. It is delivered virtually over one academic year, structured into two semesters with 15 weeks of study each.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field OR
• Attainment of level 5 qualification in related field plus 3 years experience OR
• Completion of Mandhu College Pre-Master’s Programme OR
• Alternative criteria: 25 years old, completion of related level 5 qualification, 7 years relevant experience (3.5 years post level 5 qualification), plus MQA approved pre-Master’s OR
• 25 years old, related level 6 qualification, 6 years relevant experience (3 years post level 6 qualification), plus MQA approved pre-Master’s
