Master of Science in Accountancy

The Master of Science in Accountancy (deeltijd) is a university part-time programme that prepares you for a career as a (register)accountant. You study auditing, external reporting, and bestuurlijke informatieverzorging, and you develop a professional and critical attitude for work in accountancy. The programme builds on academic knowledge from your bachelor and supports further specialisation within accountancy.

Nyenrode Business University delivers the programme as part-time study alongside work. Nyenrode Business Universiteit states that you can study at your own pace and choose a studieroute to RA. Colleges run on Fridays from 9.00 to 16.00, with 12–20 hours of weekly study. The master includes core subjects and a Masterscriptie, and it is offered at one of the eight campus locations in the Netherlands.

For the part-time Master of Science in Accountancy, Nyenrode Business Universiteit requires a minimum completed HBO degree. Nyenrode also states that you need to be motivated to combine university study with relevant work experience.
