Doctor of Business Administration Dba Programmes for 2021 2022 Academic Session

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme at University of Lagos Business School links research-based knowledge to professional capacity development. It aims to enhance professional practice, contribute to national economic growth, and improve societal well-being. The programme promotes collaborative learning among professionals with support from experienced academics and scholars. It equips participants to develop and apply theories in professional practice and fosters applied research to find innovative solutions to complex business and management challenges. The programme exposes students to knowledge, skills, and attributes for effective management and leadership beyond the workplace throughout their lifetime. The DBA runs for a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Management, Accounting, HRM, Marketing or Finance from a recognized University
• Ten years industry work experience and must be presently in a senior management or administrative position
• Submission and successful defense of a research proposal including Statement of the Problem, Objectives, Literature Review and Methodology
