The various scholarships are available to cover an application processing fee ($10-$50), as well as the cost of processing exams at $100 per end-of course exam. Eligibility: University of the People is open to students in need of higher education. In order to apply to University of the People, notarized/official proof of high school completion, 18 years of age or older and English proficiency (as all studies are in English) are the only requirements .
