Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm D

The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) at Dow University of Health Sciences is designed to prepare scientifically and technically competent pharmacists. Students study through integrated theory classes and laboratory work, with hands-on training supported by internships and clinical ward rounds.

Practical learning includes internships allowed after the second year in pharmaceutical industries and in hospitals. Students also carry out clinical ward rounds under the supervision of experienced faculty members and healthcare professionals. Fourth and fifth professional students complete training in Pharmaceutical service centers of Dow University Hospital and Civil Hospital, and in hospital wards such as Medical ICU, Neonatal care unit, Cardiac care unit, and others.
