Scholarship Description: This project will investigate the hypothesis that specific cytokine receptors are dysregulated in ovarian cancer, with their activation contributing to key phenotypes of cancer, including metastasis and resistance to chemotherapy. Chief Investigators involved with the project: Prof Alister Ward, School of Medicine.
What does it cover? The scholarship stipend rate is $24,653 per annum and is funded by Atkins Trust (ANZ Trustees) and School of Medicine. The stipend does not cover International tuition fees and Overseas Health Cover is not supplied.
