Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science

The Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science at the University of Santo Tomas combines psychology, management, and sociology, with emphasis on human resource management. The program focuses on human personality and behavior in work groups and organizations. It also covers HR functions such as talent acquisition and placement, learning and development, labor relations, total rewards management, and organization development.

The curriculum includes courses in general psychology with introduction to behavioral science, industrial and organization psychology, principles of management, experimental psychology, human resources management, statistics for behavioral science, social psychology, theories of personality, psychometrics, research methods, learning and development, talent acquisition, and thesis writing. Students also take thesis work and professional electives, along with university-required subjects and physical activities toward health and fitness.
