The University of Santo Tomas offers a Master in Business Administration through the Graduate School. The curriculum includes Foundation Courses for non-business graduates, with MBA 500 Management and Marketing Principles, MBA 501 Fundamentals of Accounting and Finance, and MBA 502 Principles of Economics.
The program also includes Pre-Requisite Courses: GS 500 St. Thomas and Critical Thinking and GS 501 Research Methodology, where the course output is a research proposal. Core Courses cover MBA 600 General Management, MBA 601 Good Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility, and MBA 602 Quantitative Business Analysis & Business Statistics.
Students then take Specialization Courses, including MBA 700 Financial Management, MBA 701 Human Resource Management, MBA 702 Production and Operations Management, MBA 703 Marketing Management, and MBA 705 Strategic Management. The program has an extension program and an offsite offering tie-up with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
