Study in Indonesia: PTIIK RESEARCH Scholarship Programme at University of Brawijaya 2015
The University of Brawijaya is awarding masters scholarships for a maximum period of four (4) semesters. This scholarship is available to outstanding students who will enroll as new students of Master Program in Computer Science / Information Technology, Faculty of Computer Science, University of Brawijaya. Scholarship recipients must have a good academic performance with demonstrated by GPA of at least 3 to 4 on a scale of Semester 1 and 2. The application deadline is February 6, 2015.
- PTIIK RESEARCH Scholarship Programme at University of Brawijaya 2015 is awarded in the field of Computer Science / Information.
- Scholarship is available for pursuing master program in the Faculty of Computer Science at University of Brawijaya.
- Program of Information Technology and Computer Science (PTIIK), University of Brawijaya is providing this Scholarship.
Eligibility:
-Scholarship recipients are students who have passed Selection Admissions Masters Program in Computer Science / Information Technology, FILKOM UB.
-Have a grade point (GPA) of at least 4 on a scale of 3.25 for undergraduate transcripts.
-Having a plan / synopsis quality research based assessment established by the Scholarship Selection Committee RESEARCH FILKOM UB, which will be done during the course of the Master Program in Computer Science / Information Technology.
-Has a value of ITP-TOEFL certificate and TPA (OTO Bappenas) above the average of all students master of Computer Science / IF received during the same admission.
-Make a statement of the ability to produce a publication that is determined in accordance with the portion of the scholarship received during the course of the study.
-Fill out the registration form RESEARCH scholarship.
-Passed interview

- Scholarship Program RESEARCH (Research Intensification for Sustainable Education and Training) FILKOM UB is designed as a stimulant to intensify research in order to support the ongoing education and training for students selected master. This scholarship program aims to provide financial assistance lectures in the Master Program in Computer Science / Information to students who qualified and selected with the primary task of completing his graduate studies well and helps to intensify research in UB FILKOM environment and improve publications (both quality and quantity) in international level in order to improve the competitiveness of nations. The target recipients of this scholarship is outstanding students who will enroll as new students of Master Program in Computer Science / Information Technology, Faculty of Computer Science, University of Brawijaya.
- Scholarships are awarded in a maximum period of four (4) semesters.
- The scholarships are awarded to follow the following conditions:
-Platinum: exempt students per semester tuition payment equal to 100% in accordance with the entry period following the provisions as follows: doing research since the beginning of Semester 1 with the guidance of one of the lecturers master program in accordance with the field of interest; stints as a research assistant; produces two publications in international journals have a rank of at least B based on a ranking system defined by FILKOM UB.
-Diamond: exempt students per semester tuition payments by 75% in accordance with the entry period following the provisions as follows: doing research since the beginning of Semester 1 with the guidance of one of the lecturers master program in accordance with the field of interest; stints as a research assistant; produce 1 publications in international journals have a rank of at least B based ranking system established by FILKOM UB.
-Gold: exempt students per semester tuition payments by 50% in accordance with the entry period following the provisions as follows: doing research since the beginning of Semester 1 with the guidance of one of the lecturers master program in accordance with the field of interest; stints as a research assistant; produces two publications in international journals have a rank of at least C based on a ranking system defined by FILKOM UB.
-Silver – exempt students per semester tuition payments by 25% in accordance with the entry period following the provisions as follows: doing research since the beginning of Semester 1 with the guidance of one of the lecturers master program in accordance with the field of interest; stints as a research assistant; produce 1 publications in international journals have a rank of at least C based on a ranking system defined by FILKOM UB. - Applicants must verify the file by bringing the original document at the time of the interview 9 to 11 February 2015. Graduation Announcements for the Scholarship will be displayed on the website of the Master Program on February 20, 2015.
