Diploma in English Law Legal Skills 2024 25 La Facultatea De Drept a Universitatii De Vest Din Timisoara

The Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills is a one-year program offered by the West University of Timisoara in partnership with the British Law Centre. It provides a theoretical introduction to English law and practical skills in legal management, negotiation, legal writing, and advocacy. The course includes over 100 hours of recorded online classes and written materials covering fundamentals such as contract law, torts, equity and trusts law, and the history of English law. The program combines online study with eight face-to-face seminars of four hours each held at the Faculty of Law in Timisoara between November and June. Additional voluntary workshops, live lectures, and skills development sessions are available. This diploma is intended for students, young legal professionals, and those interested in careers in international institutions, top law firms, research, or entrepreneurship.
