• Applicant must be Saudi or have a postgraduate studies grant if not Saudi.
• Bachelor degree in physics or its disciplines/chemistry (or its disciplines).
• College degree from a Saudi university or another attested university.
• Cumulative GPA of good (2.75 on 5 scale) or higher.
• Employer consent if the applicant is an employee.
• General conditions per unified regulations for postgraduate studies in Saudi universities.
