• Be in good health.
• Commit to returning and working in their home country for at least two years after completing the program.

Additionally, applicants must not:

• Hold dual citizenship in a developed country.
• Be staff, consultants, or close relatives of ADB personnel.
• Already be enrolled in a graduate program or have studied abroad previously.

Selection Criteria

Selection is highly competitive and considers:
