AIT Thailand Scholarships 2025–2026 (Fully Funded)

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand invites international students to apply for the prestigious AIT Scholarships 2025–2026 for Master’s and Doctoral (PhD) degree programs.

These partially funded scholarships cover full or partial tuition fees and are open to students of any nationality. Applications are now open for the August 2025 and January 2026 intakes.

Scholarship Coverage:

1. Full or partial tuition fee waiver (based on merit)
2. Students must cover:
3. Remaining tuition (if partially funded)
4. Registration fee: 20,000 Baht per semester
5. Living expenses: Approx. 11,500–15,000 Baht/month

Note: Scholarships are awarded once before enrollment and remain fixed for the entire study duration.

AIT Scholarships are merit-based financial aid awards that help reduce the cost of tuition for qualified international students. These scholarships are available for postgraduate programs across the following three schools:

1. School of Engineering and Technology (SET)
2. School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD)
3. School of Management (SOM)

Open to applicants of all nationalities.

To apply, applicants must:

1. Be of any nationality
2. Have a Bachelor’s degree (4 years) from a recognized university for Master’s programs
3. Hold a Master’s degree for PhD programs, with:
4. CGPA ≥ 3.50 (Master's)
5. CGPA ≥ 2.75 (Bachelor’s from a top university)
6. Meet AIT’s English proficiency requirement:
7. IELTS (Academic) or AIT EET score of 5.0+ for Master’s
8. 5.5+ for Doctoral programs

Application Deadlines

1. August 2025 Intake: Apply by 20 July 2025
2. January 2026 Intake: Apply by 20 December 2025

How to Apply for AIT Scholarships?

1. Choose a program at AIT in SET, SERD, or SOM.
2. Prepare required documents, including academic transcripts and English test scores.
3. Submit your application online at AIT Admissions Portal
4. Selection Committees from each school evaluate applications and propose scholarship value.
5. Approved applicants will be notified before the start of the semester.
