The Diploma in Bim Construction and Asset Management is a 12-month Work-Study Post-Diploma for polytechnic diploma holders. It includes skills-based modules from a Building Construction Authority Academy programme and from Temasek Polytechnic, covering virtual designs and Building Information Modelling (BIM) functions across different stages of a building’s life cycle. You study BIM digital design, BIM asset management, BIM construction planning and management.
Learning includes BIM projects using industry-standard BIM collaboration platforms/tools and work on required BIM e-submissions to various statutory boards for construction or facility management projects. Assessment uses coursework components such as practical tests, case studies, presentations, assignments and projects.
