Diploma in Business Studies

The Diploma in Business Studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnic prepares students to study business skills with a focus on using AI and data to make smarter business decisions through real-world integrated projects. The curriculum supports three specialisations: Entrepreneurship, Human Capital Management, and Marketing.

Students can customise their learning by choosing a six-month local or overseas internship plus Business Electives, or a one-year JobReady Programme with renowned companies. The programme includes Level 1 and Level 2 study hours per week, and it offers options at Level 3 such as Capstone Project, Multidisciplinary Capstone Project, One-Year JobReady Programme, and a Business Electives Programme.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have the following GCE ‘O’ Level examination (or equivalent) results.

• English Language: 1-6
• Additional Mathematics/Mathematics: 1-6
• Any one of the 2nd group of Relevant Subjects for the ELR2B2-B Aggregate Type: 1-6

Applicants must also fulfil the aggregate computation requirements for the ELR2B2-B Aggregate Type ( English Language, 2 relevant subjects and 2 other best subjects) listed at www.np.edu.sg/docs/ELR2B2.pdf.
