The Specialist Diploma in Digital Product Management & Innovation equips students with product management and innovation knowledge through the design thinking process and product management frameworks. It focuses on business environment analysis, market research, and insights, plus user experience design principles to create and refine products using customer behaviour analysis and market needs.
Learning includes facilitated learning with face-to-face and online synchronous sessions, plus asynchronous e-learning. Assessment uses a combination of coursework components such as written assignments, written tests, projects, and presentations. Students complete two Post-Diploma Certificates: one in Product Innovation for Business Growth (conducted by SMU Academy) and one in Digital Product Management (conducted by TP).
