Diploma in Environmental Technology and Energy Sustainability

The Specialist Diploma in Environmental Technology and Energy Sustainability at Temasek Polytechnic builds knowledge and skills for energy management and sustainability. You study topics including Plant Utilities System & Pollution Control and Motor System & Renewable Energy, covering utilities used in industries, air pollution control technologies, motor-operated systems, and sources of renewable or clean energy.

Learning uses facilitated learning with face-to-face and online synchronous sessions, plus asynchronous e-learning. The part-time programme has a one-year duration and runs in evening time slots, with two sessions per week. Assessment uses a combination of written and practical tests, case studies, assignments, and projects. You complete post-diploma certificate awards through the listed subjects.
