Diploma in Ict Systems Services and Support

The Diploma in ICT Systems, Services & Support prepares participants to manage, monitor, and implement first-level helpdesk support for an organisation’s IT infrastructure department. The course covers setting up, configuring, verifying, securing, and deploying networks and operating systems, plus designing and configuring wired and wireless networks with client administration.

Delivery uses facilitated learning with face-to-face or online synchronous sessions, plus asynchronous e-learning. Learning includes 5 modular certificates (MCs), and assessments use coursework components such as written and practical tests, case studies, assignments, and projects. Students are required to bring their own notebooks for lessons.
