Diploma in Mice and Events Management

The Specialist Diploma in MICE & Events Management at Temasek Polytechnic builds skills across MICE management, events curation & sponsorship, and events operations & logistics management. Students also complete a set of tourism modules covering revenue management for tourism business, digital marketing in tourism, and project management using a project management framework and software.

To be awarded the Specialist Diploma, participants must complete two post-diploma certificates (PDCs). Assessment includes class participation, class tests, assignments, and projects. Learning is delivered through facilitated learning with face-to-face and online synchronous sessions, plus asynchronous e-learning. Students must bring their own notebooks for lessons.

This programme is suitable for fresh diploma graduates who want to deepen knowledge in the MICE/events and tourism sector, diploma graduates working in events companies who want to refresh and deepen knowledge, and individuals with some working experience who want formal education to explore career opportunities in the MICE/events sector.

• A Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma/Technical Engineer Diploma/ Work-Learn Technical Diploma or equivalent
