A fully financed award for international students is the UST award 2023–2024. This grant is available for both master’s and PhD programs. For Masters degrees and Ph.D. degrees, the scholarship pays the entire tuition as well as a $1000 or $1350 monthly stipend.

Eligibility Criteria for UST Scholarship
To qualify for the UST Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Required Language: English
- Eligible Countries: Open to applicants from all countries
For PhD Scholarship:
- Applicants must hold a master’s degree or expect to obtain it before February 2023.
- Under the Law and Regulations, candidates with an equivalent to a master’s degree can also apply.
For Graduate Scholarship (Masters):
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or expect to obtain it before February 2023.
- Under the Law and Regulations, candidates with an equivalent to a bachelor’s degree can also apply.

Note: Applicants cannot concurrently apply for general admission, international admission, Ethiopian Government Scholarship Program, i-Core, or Early admission. If an applicant applies for more than one admission type, all of their applications will be revoked.
