The Advanced Management Program Madrid (AMP Madrid) is designed for people who lead an area or are accountable for results. It helps participants reinforce their executive judgment by working on real business situations and expanding their strategic perspective. The program builds a global view so participants can analyze business issues more deeply and make decisions with greater determination in their day-to-day work. It integrates knowledge from different functional areas to address complex situations.
