The HWZ Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology combines psychology and business. You study how people think, feel, and act, and apply this knowledge to leadership, organisations, teams, brands, and change processes. You also build analytical and research methodology skills to investigate problems and develop evidence-based measures.
The degree is a part-time programme structured to fit work. Teaching combines classroom days, digital learning units, and independent study. Study days run on Wednesdays all day on site during semesters 1–6, with Thursday evenings online usually once or twice a month. The structure includes an assessment phase, a main study phase, and a specialised major phase that culminates in a bachelor’s thesis.
It is aimed at people who want to apply psychological knowledge to organisational issues and professional responsibilities. The programme supports career paths in human resources, organisational development, marketing, market research, consulting, and product management, and can also serve as a foundation for further master’s degree programmes.
