The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship and Management at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management is an executive-format program for study in food and beverage operations, customer experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and digital marketing. The course runs through four taught modules: Operational Excellence in F&B Management; Customer Experience in Hospitality; Entrepreneurial Mindset, Innovation, and Value Creation in F&B; and F&B Concept Development and Branding and Sustainable Operations; plus a module on Digital Marketing, Visual Storytelling and Content Strategy.
Study combines online learning with interactive lectures and hands-on projects. It includes two residential weeks on campus in Crans-Montana and Marbella. The structure is “18 weeks + Applied Research Project,” and it carries “15 US / 30 ECTS total credits.” By the end, learners build competencies to identify opportunities, think creatively, and drive innovation in dynamic commercial environments.
