The Diploma of Advanced Studies in International Hospitality Management by Les Roches International School of Hotel Management builds knowledge and skills for hospitality management. The course covers people and culture in hospitality, hospitality finance and performance management, hospitality revenue management, and services marketing in a digital age. It also includes international events management and an applied research project.
The executive format combines three online modules with two residential weeks. Learning is organised across the module topics listed for Module 1, Module 2, and Module 3, with residential weeks tied to Module 1 and Module 3. The program totals 15 US / 30 ECTS total credits and runs for 18 weeks plus the applied research project.
After completion, participants can continue with a Master of Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management through an additional specialization. Intakes are Spring and Fall.
