MA Design Interaction Design

The MA Design, Interaction Design at ZHdK - Zurich University of the Arts focuses on the connections between people, objects, and the environment. In the Major Interaction Design, you work with practical and scientific research methods and processes to realise innovative projects using different technologies. Interaction designers design interfaces and processes between people, services, and products, applying creative, methodical, and technological skills in industry and academic research.

The programme uses a Major-Minor study model. You choose your study focus through the Major and can select one or two Minors to deepen skills from the Major or expand them across disciplines. The regulated study period is four semesters and the Major / MA study volume is 90 / 120 credits. Study starts in the Autumn semester, and the main teaching language is English.
