About this program

The Master in Sozialer Arbeit at ZHAW trains students to work on complex case work and interactions. Students develop further case-specific skills through “Komplexe Fallarbeit,” and extend professional profiles with areas including “Führung und Social Entrepreneurship” and “Wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit.” The degree includes a focus in Transitionen und Interventionen.

The program is structured with modules and can be integrated into students’ everyday routines through flexible study modules. Teaching is in German and takes place at Campus Toni-Areal in Zürich. Instruction times run in the morning and afternoon, with Thursday and Friday classes and some individual Saturdays.
