Doctor of Philosophy Program in Public Administration

The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Public Administration produces doctoral graduates with knowledge, skills, technology, critical thinking, decision-making ability, and application of administrative tools for professional public administration with public consciousness.

The program focuses on developing scholars, researchers, and professional administrators in public administration. Students engage in deep research skills to study crisis solutions and development lessons domestically and internationally.

The course is offered in two study plans and is structured as a Block Course, where students study one subject at a time for six weeks. It uses a hybrid delivery mode combining online and on-site classes held on Sundays and can be completed within three years. Advisory professors provide one-on-one support throughout the course. The program includes study visits in Asia.
