Bachelor of Public Administration Management

The Bachelor of Public Administration & Management at Ndejje University equips students with skills in managing public institutions, policy implementation, and organizational leadership. Students study public administration and management principles, policy analysis, public service delivery, governance systems, public budgeting and financial management, and organizational leadership.

The course runs as a 3-year program delivered on a weekend study mode. It is organized across multiple semesters and includes research modules such as Introduction to Social Research Methods, Basic Statistics in Research, and a Research Report. It also includes Project Planning & Management and Field Work [Special].

Graduates are prepared to serve in government, NGOs, and other public sector organizations, with skills in managing public resources, administrative processes, and the development and implementation of public programs.

Direct Entry

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 2 principal passes.

Diploma Entry

• A relevant diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Mature Age Entry

• Candidates must have passed a recognized Mature Age Entry Examination and be at least 25 years old.

International Applicants

• Qualifications equivalent to Uganda Advanced Level, with certified academic documents and proof of English proficiency where applicable.
