The Diploma in Performing Arts admission is through Special University Entry Examinations run by Makerere University. Applicants must sit the examination as part of the application process. After completing the online application, applicants are provided with past papers for preparation.
The admission process is online for all applicants, and there is a non-refundable application fee. Eligibility for the examinations requires an O’ Level Certificate (UCE) with at least 5 Passes. The examination is held on Saturday, and further inquiries are handled through the Special University Entry Examinations email address.
Applicants must also pay a non-refundable application fee of Shs. 110,000/- excluding bank charges (Stanbic Bank, Dfcu Post Bank, UBA and Centenary Bank) or US $ 75 or equivalent for international applicants plus bank charges.
